Cancellation policy is 72 hours.  Within this time we will charge for the first night. We will do our best to re-sell the room. If we are able to re-sell the room there will be no charge. Check in time is after 12pm - if you arrive earlier you can leave luggage. Last check in time is 10.30pm.  If you have given us a check in time and this changes –please let us know.
